石喻教授,医学博士,博士生导师
[职务与经历]
石喻教授是一位在腹部影像诊断领域拥有 20 余年丰富经验的资深临床放射学专家,现任中国医科大学放射科副主任、博士研究生导师。入选“国家高层次人才特殊支持计划”青年拔尖人才、“兴辽英才计划”青年拔尖人才。
[研究方向]
石教授的研究紧密围绕临床实际需求展开,主要研究方向为腹部恶性肿瘤的影像诊断以及慢性肝病的影像评估与筛查,重点聚焦于肝细胞癌、胰腺癌的早期检出与定性诊断,以及肝纤维化的无创分期。为实现上述诊断目标,她将磁共振弹性成像(MRE)等先进影像技术与人工智能分析技术进行深度融合应用。
[学术任职与课题]
主持国家自然科学基金项目4项、省部级课题4项;参与制定3部专家共识及2项团体标准;获授权国家发明专利3项、软件著作权5项。现任辽宁省医学会放射学分会常务委员,并担任中华医学会放射学分会大数据与科学研究工作组及磁共振学组成员。
[国际影响与成果]
作为项目负责人,牵头2项国际多中心合作临床试验及12项国内多中心临床研究。其研究成果广受认可,团队先后 39 次在北美放射学年会(RSNA)、国际磁共振医学学会年会(ISMRM)、美国肝病研究学会年会(AASLD)等国际顶级学术会议,以及计算机视觉与模式识别会议(CVPR)、医学影像计算与计算机辅助介入国际会议(MICCAI)、国际计算机视觉大会(ICCV)等顶尖人工智能领域会议上进行成果汇报。石教授以第一作者或通讯作者身份发表 SCI论文 30 余篇,包括 Nature Medicine(2023 年,共同通讯作者)、Nature Communications(2025 年,已录用)、Radiology(2014、2018、2021、2022、2025 年已录用)、Annals of Surgery(2023 年)、The Lancet eClinicalMedicine(2024 年)、Medical Image Analysis(2021 年;2025 年已录用)及 EBioMedicine(2020 年)。成果先后6次获得杂志特邀述评Editorial,获2次杂志封面。
Prof. Shi Yu, M.D., Ph.D.
[Position & Experience]
Prof. Shi Yu is a distinguished clinical radiologist with over 20 years of experience in abdominal diagnostic imaging. She currently serves as the Deputy Director of the Department of Radiology and Doctoral Supervisor at China Medical University. Recognizing her academic excellence, she is a recipient of the National High-Level Talent Special Support Program (Young Top Talent) and the Xingliao Talent Program (Young Top Talent).
[Research Focus]
Prof. Shi’s research is deeply rooted in clinical challenges, with a primary interest in the diagnosis of abdominal malignancies and the evaluation and screening of chronic liver diseases. Her work focuses on the early detection and characterization of hepatocellular carcinoma and pancreatic cancer, as well as the non-invasive staging of liver fibrosis. To achieve these diagnostic goals, she integrates advanced imaging technologies, such as Magnetic Resonance Elastography (MRE), as well as artificial intelligence analysis.
[Academic Leadership & Grants]
She has led four projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) and four provincial-level research grants. Her authority in the field is evidenced by her contribution to three Chinese expert consensuses and two group standards. Additionally, she holds three national invention patents and five software copyrights. Prof. Shi serves as a Standing Committee Member of the Radiology Branch of the Liaoning Medical Association and is an active member of the Big Data and Scientific Research Working Group and the Magnetic Resonance Study Group of the Chinese Society of Radiology.
[Global Impact & Publications]
Prof. Shi has served as principal investigator for two international multicenter cooperative clinical trials and twelve domestic multicenter clinical studies. Her research impact is widely recognized, with 39 presentations at leading international conferences, including RSNA, ISMRM, AASLD, and top-tier AI venues like CVPR, MICCAI,ICCV. As a first or corresponding author, she has published more than 30 SCI-indexed papers in high-impact journals, including Nature Medicine (2023, co-corresponding author), Nature Communications (2025, accepted), Radiology (2014, 2018, 2021, 2022, 2025 accepted), Annals of Surgery (2023), The Lancet eClinicalMedicine (2024), Medical Image Analysis (2021; 2025 accepted), and EBioMedicine (2020). Her scholarly contributions are further recognized through six invited journal editorial board positions and two journal cover articles.
